Over 10 years in the Soma lignite basin
Gür-Yak operates in Soma, one of Türkiye's largest lignite basins, with direct access to production fields and transport infrastructure.
Product and freight are priced as separate items. Running supply and transport under the same structure prevents split responsibility on tonnage and delivery dates.

OPERATIONS
A documented shipping process
Loading and delivery weights, the dispatch note and the analysis report are issued as standard on every shipment.
Enquiry and sample
Calorific value, size, tonnage and delivery address are taken; a sample is sent on request.
Quote and schedule
Product and freight are priced separately; the loading date is confirmed in writing.
Loading and weighing
The vehicle is weighed on site; weighbridge ticket and dispatch note are issued.
In-transit updates
You are notified at departure and again before arrival.
Delivery and reconciliation
Unloading weight is checked against the dispatch note; any difference is settled the same day.

Before you request a quote
What determines the price?
Two items: the per-tonne coal price and freight. The coal price depends on calorific value, size and the day's pit-head price; freight on distance, tonnage and vehicle type. Both appear separately on the quote.
Do you offer credit terms?
Yes, depending on customer and shipment volume — particularly for pre-season stock purchases and regular buyers. Contact us for terms.
Is there a minimum order?
For bulk shipments the unit is one vehicle load: about 15 t by truck or 25 t by semi-trailer. Smaller quantities are supplied bagged.
Is an analysis report provided?
Yes, the batch's laboratory report ships with the delivery. You may request a sample before ordering.
Can I book transport only?
Yes. If you source coal elsewhere we also provide haulage only, including in-pit transport and overburden.
Do you ship in summer?
Yes, all year round. In summer, pricing and vehicle availability are usually more favourable.
